To whom it may concern,

In accordance with Associations Incorporation Act 1981 and the Tooronga Malvern Combine Football Club Inc. constitution, this written notice informs you of a Special General Meeting to be held to vote on the following special resolution:

Special resolution: Proposed change of name

The committee believe that it is timely and appropriate that the following motion is voted on at a Special General Meeting:

That the current name of the incorporation change from “Tooronga Malvern Combine Football Club Inc.” to “East Malvern Football Club Inc.”.

All reasonable efforts have been made to contact members who are eligible to vote. If you have reason to believe that an eligible member has not received this communication please contact me immediately on 0419 994 985 or allan.sweeney@team.telstra.com.au

I strongly encourage all life members and current financial members to attend in person or vote via proxy. Proxy voting form and details are attached.
